Can ORACLE 8 Share Resources on NT?

I've never implemented ORACLE 8 on NT. My hardware guy wants to build an NT cluster and allow different applications to each have their own instance of ORACLE on the NT with dedicated CPU. I know this can be done on UNIX platform, can it be done on NT? Are there any known issues or gotchas to using ORACLE 8 on NT platform? Thanx in advance Dagmar Anne "Mad Dog" Bogan
