InterMedia Library access error

 After installing interMedia Text with no errors and no visible problems, I
try to run a test that verifies that I have my extproc settings correctly set and I get this error...

I am running Oracle8.1.5 on Solaris2.7 INTEL Platform. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
