SQL Reports 2.5 - Output to file.

I am new to Reports 2.5 and am trying to find a way of saving a report to a file on the file system so that I can email it etc.

The problem is that I want to preserve the formatting etc. on the report.

If I save to file as ASCII it looks terrible. If I print direct to laser printer it looks great, but I cannot email it.

I want to avoid the "saving it as a comma separated file and load into Excel" route.

Someone has suggested PDF format?

Any suggestions greatly received.
