Well it depends upon what your job function. Assuming it is development, then try these titles:
Oracle7(tm) Server Application Developer's Guide (oracle manual Part No. A32536-1)
Oracle8: The Complete Reference
By: George Koch, Kevin Loney
These are a good start.
