www.tusc.com has a nice poster. Platinum does too, you probably have to talk to a salesperson to get one. Oracle's system is pretty complicated, it doesn't really look pretty on a diagram when you start putting in all the details. The Oracle concepts manual and the computer based training have some pretty pictures, but they don't even try to put in all the details, there are just too many. Study the concepts manual, it's actually pretty good. The Server Reference manual has all the views, but it's pretty confusing if you aren't working on something in particular. Screens and printed pages are just too small.
