Hi,
I am using Oracle 8.04 on Unix. I would like to know how to set the
commit point (number of committed rows) in one loading data. I want to
know how to calculate the size of bindsize. When I increase the size of
bindsize (i.e., 10 times), the number of committed rows increases a few.
When I decrease this size (i.e., 20 times), the number of committed rows
is still the same. The 'rows' option does not help.
Does anyone has a formular or logic to set the bindsize? I want to
commit 1000 rows for each loading.
I appreciate every helps.
Thanks in advance,
