help:install Ora8 server, designer 2000 on a non-networked PC

Hi,
I installed Ora8 on a single PC running Windows NT (no network). Now I have some problem with Net8. The SQL*Plus works fine. However when I tried to test the Net8 easy config, I encountered error message such as "protocol adapter not found". I assume I need to use Beq protocol adapter, right? How to install it? How do I configure the listener and name server on a single PC? I need to install Designer 2000 on the same machine so it will connect to Ora8 server. Thanks in advance for any input.
