Actually, we have an application running with SQL*Forms V3, SQL*Menu V5 and Reports 2.5 (using all character mode reports) - Don't Laugh! There are still some of us out here... The application runs on both HP-UX 10.2 and Solaris (don't have version in front of me).

Overall the application runs fine without any problems. We do have a few oraperl scripts that control report printing as well as some that handle special reporting needs (dynamic mail labels, barcodes, etc.).

The only downside is that Forms V3 is unsupported by Oracle so that when we have problems we are on our own. Forms V3 is also not a feasible solution for our Y2K problem so we are in the process of converting our SQL*Menu and SQL*Forms modules to Forms V4.5.
