PO7: How to Force Startup When Datafile is Missing?

Hi. How does one force Personal Oracle 7 to start? I have a datafile that is corrupt and receives ORA-01122 on start-up. Because of this error, the database shuts down and I cannot get it available.

I've tried some command line combinations using Server Manager, but I cannot get it to work.

Thanks for any suggestions.
