Urgent, Client connection monitoring

Hi all,

I need information on how, what and where is information stored about a remote client connection. I want to be able to monitor the state of the connection as  in whether it is alive, inactive or hung. I would like to be able to identify and disconnect a particular session if multiple ones with the same userID are running.

This is an urgent request for help.
