Just download the ODBC pack from Oracle's website (can't remember the excat address). It's a "huge" package - considering it's only ODBC, but it contains amoung other things, SQL*Net.

Otherwise SQL*Net is part of Oracle's standard Client package. Which btw. should be available to you as you have the SQL*Net server part? (you need SQL*Net services on the Sun box too).
