Trying to connect from my NT4.0 box via sqlnet to a database on HP-UX box. Try a plus33 scott/tiger_at_a010197. Get:
ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination
Can't connect to any of the other HP boxes, but can connect locally to Oracle 7.3 on the NT box, either directly, or with a tns alias. Can also telnet/ftp to/from the HP box.
Clues anyone?
thanks,
doug
PS. Also, can sqlnet 2 talk to sqlnet 1 ?
