Lyle,

The only thing I can suggest is using the SCO emulation and getting hold of an Oracle7 SCO distribution. That way you'd get the OCI (Oracle Call Interface) libraries and the database itself. There is some documentation on how to get Oracle7 running on Linux, but it ain't easy, and I never had much success.

Your other option could be to use the perl oracle libraries, but I've no idea how they work and where to get them from.
