Or you could use Sybernet, and then you wouldn't have to Buy Active server, you could use Free Linux Free Apache and the Free Sybase libraries for Linux.
And the pages could be generated Dynamically and searchable by writing stored procedures.
It shareware (50$) and works with Sybase 10 or 11 or MS-sqlserver.
