To qualify you should have -

• 6+ years of strong Development experience
• Strong C++/(desirable but not essential) Java
• Strong NT Internals - Registry, IPC, Extracting performance data
• Application Mgmt. Suites (Tivoli)
• Good interpersonal/Leadership skills.
