Sure! Just like they "wrote" MS-DOS (ex. Seattle Computer) and conjured up Windows (ex. Xerox) or pioneered disk compression algorithms, etc., etc., ad nauseam. Microsoft is just FULL of innovation! (From without rather than from within.)
