Well Bob as I see it you got a couple of different ways to go on this one.

  1. Buy all the Oracle reference books on the market then read & learn and develop your own questions & answers.

OR

2. Get a copy of "Ace the Technical Interview", Michael Rothstien, McGraw Hill, 1994, ISBN 0-07-054030-6. Read chapter 12.

Of course this won't help much if the applicant has also read the book :)
