Developer 2000 Beta 2. Who knows something about the ORACLE.INI

I´m Beta-Tester of Forms 5.0 and I don´t know why there is no ORACLE.INI after the installation of Dev2K Beta 2.

Does anybody know this Problem, and a solution. I need such Forms-Parameters like "Default_Font", ...
