US-Senior Database Administrator

JOB TITLE: Senior Database Administrator

JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Nations leading information system and services company currently has several openings for Senior Database Administrators in the Charlotte area. Responsibilities include physical design, coding, implementation, support, and administration of company and customer databases as well as testing, benchmarking and performance analysis.

The qualified candidate must have:

	College degree (advanced degree in Computer Science preferred)
	15 years of data processing experience
	8 years experience in database administration
	3 years experience with distributed databases
	3 years experience with large databases (1 Terrabyte of data

             or more)

The candidate must also be proficient in:
	PC environment
	VAX environment
	Client/server architecture
	Database ans system performance analysis tools
	DCL, RDB, SQL, ACMS, DECps
    

COMPENSATION: Commensurate on experience.

DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent.
