Disk space used by a table

I am trying to estimate the disk space that a table requires in an Oracle7 database after inserting, updating and deleting rows of different sizes.

I have already checked the formula of the Administrator's Guide, but it only works for insertion of rows of a fixed size.

I will be glad to get any help.
