128 MB is quite low. That's about the minimum I recommend for small installs. A larger one like this will not be able to give you performance on 128 mb.

For 200+ users two Intel 133's is probably not enough. You *might* get away with two 180mhz or better 200mhz Pentium Pro's. If you're stuck with the 133, I'd get four to have the room. And your memory is not even close. I'd give at least 8mb per user, I wouldn't be comfortable with anything less than 2gb. You can probably get away with that since few systems of 200 users have *every* station being that busy.

I have seen 200+ on NT with Oracle, but with a DEC Alpha. You'll need a lot more horse power than what you've got to make it run reasonably.
