P07 and Power Objects

A friend of mine just purchased P07 and power objects. We installed both of them into Windows 95 and they worked great. But, he had a hard drive die... so we had to reinstall it onto a new drive. The installation went the same, but we seem to be having some problems accessing the P07 database from Power Objects. When we try to create a new session, the only database type listed is ODBC. Why can we no longer access the "Oracle" type database? We could access it after the first install, but we can no longer access it now. Any ideas on how we could fix this?
