NT's built-in cron is called at.exe (command line version). There's a GUI front end for at.exe (I think you get it from the NT resource kit) called winat.exe.
NT's built in tape backup is called (I think) ntbackup.exe. Both of these work fine for us.
btw, 'man foo' translates to 'help foo'.
