Hardware Platform comparisons

I have to recomend a server platform to run an Oracle database for a small company (4 users), for which I will be the administrator.

They will be running Developer/2000 applications for clients. I can recomend an NT server on a high end PC (200Mhz,128Mg Ram), or a low end HP9000 UNIX RISC server.

My concerns are performance, and administrative complexity. I already have some experience with the UNIX installation.

If anyone knows where I can find info regarding this comparison, or if someone has direct experience, I would appreciate some advice.
