Icons - Sizing Problem

I noticed a sizing problem with icons running on other machines in which the video resolution is different that my machine. The other machines also have different video cards. The icons themselves do not scale to the resolution of the other machine's video. The buttons themselves do however scale properly.
Can you post or e-mail me some code which would correct this problem?
