Hi Steve,

there is a 64bit option for Dec-Unix.
I think it makes sense only if you really have > 2GB main-memory and want to hold your data in the SGA.
We are running 64bit Irix 6.2 and 32bit Oracle and have decided not to use the 64bot option even if it's available for Irix.
