Thanks for response. Yes, I have the key fields in the lookup tables marked as display in LOV. The LOV's are generated correctly except that the LOVs that are table derived do not pick up the CG$LOV visual attribute from the template form. All LOV's that are domain driven do pick up the CG$LOV.
