The problems you may encounter are with NTs handling of the Oracle_Home parameter. I'm not sure it will like two of them.

You say you have a 3rd-party system that requires 7.2? You might want to verify this, as it stretches the bounds of believability. Ask the vendor exactly what it is about their product that requires 7.2, and then see if Oracle agrees. (Warning: This could well have been Herecles 13th task!)
