Designer/2000 + Developer/2000 will get you 100% !

If your data model for the Data Warehouse is constructed thoughtfully, which means not letting too many hardware constraints put in design restrictions and you remain fairly true to the "logical" model then Designer/2000 would even get you 90% or more.

I have been working on 3 DW projects with Des2K and Dev2K. If it were not for the multi-linguage requirements 95% would have been the norm.
