Well, first of all chief, you're not going to get any respect unless you stop posting the same article 3 times. Fix that.
You can post here, since nobody can stop you (easily), and this is a pretty good place to do so. There are some jobs forums, but they're not usually specific.
One major piece of advice. Look at the format being used by some of the others. Example subject line:
Subject: US-GA-DBA Permanent
This is an *excellent* subject. Those interested know right away if they should look, and the rest of us can bozo filter the thing into oblivion. Please use this format.
