NT4.0 and Oracle*Forms 4.5

We are in the process of moving to a PC desktop, we are planning on starting at Windows NT 4.0 with Oracle*Forms 4.5 as the application developer.

Currently we are experiencing problems in Forms where the form compiles and functions, but any buttons that exist do not work (amongst other things).

I've contacted Oracle and they are working on a compatible version of the Developer 2000 tools for NT 4.0, but I'm curious if anyone else has tried this combination and what their experiences and/or work arounds have been.
