Same situation here!
I checked with Oracle support to make sure everything will go smoothly. They confirmed that the same .FMB Files will work for 16-bit Forms Runtime under Windows 3.1 and 32-bit Forms Runtime under Windows 95. This is obviously not true for the executable (.FMX) files.

So what you want to do is:

Install Forms 4.5 16-bit Runtime for Windows 3.1 clients. Install Forms 4.5 32-bit Runtime for Windows 95 clients.

Develop .FMB File(s).

Compile .FMB File into .FMX File for Windows 3.1 clients using 16-bit Version of Forms Designer

Compile .FMB File into .FMX File for Windows 95 clients using 32-bit Version of Forms Designer. Received on Mon Aug 26 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
