protocol. If you were able to connect to your database via SQL*Net from the machine that you have the database installed, you can also connect from another machine if you install the SQL*net on the remote machine.

There is a catch, however! Just like Peter wrote, Personal Oracle is supposed to run on one machine for a single user. PO7 also do not allow you to connect again from the same machine or from the remote machine via SQL*net more than once (you can connect internal from the server however).
