  http://www.tiac.net/users/markford/index.htm It is a shareware query tool for Windows that connects to Oracle directly though the Oracle Call Interface (No ODBC required!) It times queries, handles scripts, can show explain-plan, etc... Results are shown in a spreadsheet window that allows copying to the clipboard. This shareware is not crippled (except for an obnoxious nag screen) Registration only costs $25! Check it out.
