In a nutshell,
DFRAG is a space management utility for Oracle databases developed by ARIS Corporation. You can use DFRAG to automatically identify and rebuild problem objects in your database. DFRAG will use thresholds that you specify for number of extents, chained blocks, and average block utilization to find problem objects in your database. It will then rebuild them using storage parameters based upon the amount of space the data in the object requires.
