Actually, if you install the 32-bit ODBC Manager on Windows 95, it will "replicate" each new 32-bit driver into the older 16-bit ODBC Manager.  

Thus, older 16-bit applications can make use of newer 32-bit ODBC drivers.  

Unfortunately, this does NOT work in the other direction: Newer 32-bit applications CANNOT make use of older 16-bit ODBC drivers.
