U need A lot of stuff like librarys and icons that are in the c:\orawin\cgenf45\admin directory .
I think u can do two things copy the whole directory + add the needed params
in the Oracle registry file on your win95 . or just simply install the forms generator part of the designer2000 on your win95 .
