Like many shops using the current client/server paradigm, we are beginning to see bottlenecks in the speed of our fat clients.
Has anyone recently moved to a 3 tier architecture ( using a transaction monitor ) in a windows environment using Oracle as the back end?
I have read some reviews, but I'd like to talk to people who have actually done it. I believe that Delphi allows this sort of development, but I'm not sure to what level of SQL complexity it allows.
