ops$ logins from both secure and nonsecure clients with same username

How do you define the password in that case (only one Oracle username for
both secure and nonsecure clients).

What about the same user that connects from both secure and non secure platforms at different times. Can the ops$ (when set to null) handle
How do you define the password in that case (only one Oracle username for
