Excuse me, but there's a BIG difference between compomising moral principals and leaving a job just because you can't have things your way. I agree with the original poster. It's childish. Adults don't act that way.
Any job you take's eventually going to include something or someone that you don't like. Quitting isn't the solution. Not for mature adults.
