Oracle Loader - faster

I recently upgraded from a pentium 90 NT to a
pentium pro 200 NT
Funny thing is that ORacle loader doesn't really
speed up. I loading many large data files with it.
PerfMon tells me that Loader is only consuming
a small portion of the CPU.
Any advise on how I can get it to do more work sooner.
