On the "Oracle Products for Windows 95, Version 7.2.2.3.1" CD-ROM (Part#: A42638-3), the following products are included:

MS Windows 95

     SQL*Net(R) TCP/IP v1.1.6.9.0
     Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter v2.2.2.1.0
     SQL*Net(R) Client v2.2.2.1.0A

MS Windows
     SQL*Net(R) v2.2.2.0.3A
     Oracle TCP/IP Protocol Adapter v2.2.2.0.2F

I couldn't find a date on the CD-ROM, however, just last week Oracle indicated to me that this was the most current WIN 95 version of SQL*Net.
