help on Windows Oracle

i just installed the Personal Oracle7 Enterprise Edition on my Windows 3.1. I have 24MB memory on my hard drive. Every time after I lauch Oracle, I still have 5MB physical memoney and 73MB window memeory, 77 vitual memory left. Unfortunatelly, most time when I run SQL*Load or any application inside Oracle or access Oracle thru. ODBC dirve, I will get a message "Application ERROR, Stack Overflow" and the system then crash.
Once, I put 40MB memory on my machine, Oracle did the same to me.

Is somebody out there who exprienced the same problem as I do... any inside comments, helps would be appreciated.
