I'm sure if you give Oracle a call and ask for the trial CD, they'll send it to you. Also, look for the book Oracle Developer/2000 Handbook by Robert J. Muller. It comes with a CD-Rom that contains trial versions of Developer/2000 (Release 1.2), Discoverer/2000 (Release 1.2) and Personel Oracle (for Windows 3.1). It's release by Osborne McGraw Hill (Oracle Press) and it's ISBN is 0-07-882180-0.

I purchased the book at Media Play for about $35 (since they reduce their prices on books). You can also find it at Borders or Barnes and Nobles or else order it from Oracle.
