Wthat i think is the problem is that when using tcp/ip your OS is configured to make the dial-up connection. This might tell why MSN is starting.
The problem with the interface driver can have sonmething to do with this but i want to be sure check if SQL*Net V2.2 is installed (oracle installer). This should be installed. Received on Fri Jun 21 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
