You can set up a SINGLE user account on the NT that all 100 PC's are configured to use.

It's your choice. If you go with my answer to #1 above, you might want to have security in Oracle, in the form of distinct user names, passwords, priveleges. If security is NOT an issue, you can set up a single user/password in Oracle & let all users have the same access.
