It's already there. Any valid Pick postings should go there. Look-alikes need not apply. I know that spoils some of the fun, but let um create their own web pages.

If the major players all had web pages for employment, then we could kick out anyone spamming us with job ads. If someone wants a job they can go to the job postings. Simple. If someone is offering a cross platform job, then cross-post. Hmm. problem there is that multi-platform companies have to post in x, then tell applicants that they have y too... oh well..
