Oracle Forms Help

I've loaded Forms 4.5 on a Windows95 PC, and i've Oracle 7 (Win95 version). When i try to connect to the local database from Forms i'm getting a "ORA-03121:no interface driver connected - function not performed". Is there any way to fix this without moving over to Windows 3.1, or waiting for Oracle to release a Win95 version of Forms?
