Hi...



I am running the Oracle Server 7.0.16.4 on an AIX platform.



One of my users recently encountered this error.



12540, 00000, "TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded"


// *Cause: Too many TNS connections open simultaneously.


// *Action: Wait for connections to close and re-try.  





Does anyone know whats the internal limit of number of connections, and is there any
way to adjust the parameter?
