TK2-04097: Oracle Toolkit II's connection to the window system was refused

I am receiving this error when I am trying to open Server Manager tool by typing 'svrmgrm' at commnad prompt.

TK2-04097: Oracle Toolkit II's connection to the window system was refused

Can any one help me , to get rid of this error.
